河鋼邯鋼公司成功開發(fā)調質高強鋼Q690D（QT）

近日，河鋼邯鋼公司新開發(fā)的調質高強鋼Q690D（QT）在中板廠熱處理車間成功下線。經(jīng)檢測，該產(chǎn)品各項性能指標良好、穩(wěn)定。該產(chǎn)品填補了公司中厚板調質產(chǎn)品的空白，為中厚板產(chǎn)品升級，進一步拓展高端市場再添砝碼。

為保證該產(chǎn)品的順利開發(fā)，技術中心產(chǎn)品開發(fā)人員赴石家莊中試基地進行中試，開展大批量小爐子交叉調質試驗，選取最優(yōu)工藝，為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)一次成功做好鋪墊。在生產(chǎn)過程中，技術中心與生產(chǎn)制造部、三煉鋼廠、中板廠密切溝通配合，最終在廣大技術人員、操作人員共同努力下，公司成功生產(chǎn)了兩爐調質高強鋼Q690D(QT)。
