AF932N新型高氮奧氏體不銹鋼

AF932N （UNS S31010）合金是高氮奧氏體不銹鋼的最新升級產(chǎn)品。含氮量為0.8%-0.9%，合金抗點蝕當(dāng)量數(shù)PREN （Pitting Resistance Eq uival ent Number）最小值為48。

AF932N兼具優(yōu)秀的機械性能和截面耐腐蝕性能。這種奧氏體鋼可用于替代退火及固溶退火鎳合金，雙相不銹鋼和超級雙相不銹鋼等材料。

根據(jù)NACE MRO 175/ ISO 15156-3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，AF932N被定義為一種3b型的高合金奧氏體不銹鋼，因此，可用于該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中表A.8環(huán)境限制條件下的任何儀器或配件，表A.10所示的氣舉操作規(guī)程，以及表A.11所示的儀器管、控制線管、壓力接頭以及表面和井下屏幕設(shè)備等。

目前AF932N正在申請ASTM A276 、ASTM A479（鍋爐和其他壓力容器專用）不銹鋼棒材和型材的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格認證。

Alloy AF932N (UNS S31010) is the latest evolution of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steels.

It contains nitrogen in the range 0.8-0.9 % and has minimum 48 Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN).

This alloy is produced by air melting followed by AOD (Argon-Oxygen-Decarburization) refining in a vessel of 70 tons capacity, thus providing ingots up to 25 tons from which components up to 800 mm (31.5 in.) thickness can be manufactured.

AF932N has excellent combination of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance even on large sections, thus providing a very attractive solution for widespread applications and offering a valid alternative to annealed and solution annealed Ni alloys as well as duplex and super duplex materials.

AF932N is a highly alloyed austenitic stainless steel type 3b as defined by NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-3 (PREN > 40). Accordingly, it can be used for any equipment or components within the environmental limits of Table A.8, for gas lift service as per table A.10 and for instrument tubing, control-line tubing, compression fittings and surface and downhole screen devices as per Table A.11 of NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-3.

AF932N is being balloted for inclusion in ASTM A276 – Standard Specification for Stainless Steel Bars and Shapes and ASTM A479 – Standard Specification for Stainless Steel Bars and Shapes for Use in Boilers and Other Pressure Vessels.
