可降解醫(yī)用鎂合金在骨修復(fù)應(yīng)用中的研究進展可降解醫(yī)用鎂合金在骨修復(fù)應(yīng)用中的研究進展RESEARCH PROGRESS OF BIODEGRADABLE MAGNESIUM ALLOYS FOR ORTHOPEDIC APPLICATIONS 鎂合金可在人體內(nèi)完全降解,其彈性模量與人皮質(zhì)骨接近,可有效避免應(yīng)力遮擋效應(yīng),且具有較高的機械強度和良好的骨誘導(dǎo)性,因此鎂合金作為骨修復(fù)材料具有很好的應(yīng)用潛力,并受到廣泛研究。本文對可降解醫(yī)用鎂合金材料在骨修復(fù)領(lǐng)域的研究進行了總結(jié),分別從鎂合金骨修復(fù)材料的優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展歷史,存在的問題與挑戰(zhàn),近幾年的研究進展等幾個方面進行了闡述。文章最后介紹了上海交通大學(xué)輕合金精密成型國家工程研究中心團隊在骨修復(fù)用鎂合金方面的最新研究成果,以及為推動我國可降解醫(yī)用鎂合金的產(chǎn)業(yè)化進程方面所做的工作。 Magnesium and its alloys exhibit high mechanical strength and good biocompatibility, and their modulus is similar to natural cortical bone, which could help to avoid the stress shielding effect. These advantages make them promising candidates for bone repair applications. This paper summarizes the advantages, history, challenges, and the recent research progress of biodegradable Mg alloys for orthopedic application.
