多孔鉭的制備及其作為骨植入材料的應(yīng)用進展多孔鉭的制備及其作為骨植入材料的應(yīng)用進展Fabrication of the porous Tantalum and its current status used as orthopedics implants materials 多孔鉭金屬是近二十年發(fā)展起來的一種具有良好生物相容性、優(yōu)異的綜合力學特性的骨植入材料,它還具備彈性模量與骨組織相匹配、高摩擦系數(shù)提高植入體植入初期穩(wěn)定性、誘導新生骨組織長入提高植入體長期穩(wěn)定性等方面優(yōu)勢,因此其在臨床上獲得了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文從多孔鉭金屬作為骨植入材料的應(yīng)用背景、優(yōu)勢、制備方法、生物學性能以及臨床應(yīng)用情況等方面,闡述了多孔鉭金屬作為骨植入材料的研究現(xiàn)狀及最新動態(tài),并對其發(fā)展前景進行了展望。 Porous Tantalum (PT) is orthopedics implant material that has been developed rapidly in recent decades. PT exhibits excellent biocompatibility, outstanding comprehensive mechanical properties, initial stability originated from their high friction factor, long term stability from their good osteoinduction, which make PT obtain wide application on clinic. In this review, state of the arts and recent development in the field of porous Tantalum used as orthopedics implant material have been summarized and commented, which consist of introduction of its background, advantages, preparation approaches, biological performance and application status on clinic.
