補焊對5A06鋁合金焊接接頭力學性能的影響補焊對5A06鋁合金焊接接頭力學性能的影響Influence of Repair Welding on Mechanical Properties of 5A06 Aluminum Alloy Welded Joint 以5A06鋁合金焊接模擬件的一次焊接接頭和二次焊接(補焊)接頭為研究對象,通過拉伸試驗、疲勞試驗,以及對疲勞斷口形貌觀察,研究了補焊對該焊接接頭力學性能的影響。結果表明:補焊會造成焊接接頭力學性能的下降,其中靜強度和中值疲勞強度下降明顯;焊縫是接頭拉伸強度與疲勞性能的薄弱部位,補焊會造成焊縫附近金屬晶粒粗大。 With the initial welded joint and second (ropair welding) welded joint of the simulated welded part of 5A06 aluminum alloy as research objects, the influence of repair welding on the mechanical properties of the welded joint was studied by tensile test, fatigue test and fatigue fracture morphology observation. The results show that the repair welding decreased the mechanical properties of the welded joint, especially decreased the static strength and median fatigue strength significantly.
