海洋工程緊固件用0Cr20Mn18N0.8高氮奧氏體不銹鋼的性能Property of 0Cr20Mn18N0.8 High Nitrogen Austenite Stainless Steel for Marine Engineering Fasteners

新開(kāi)發(fā)了一種0Cr20Mn18N0.8高氮奧氏體不銹鋼,研究了其靜拉伸、缺口拉伸、偏斜拉伸、沖擊、疲勞以及耐腐蝕等性能,并與316L不銹鋼的進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,分析了該鋼用于海洋工程緊固件的可行性。結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)鋼的靜拉伸屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度分別為640,970 MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率為52.2%,斷面收縮率為67.5%,20 ℃和-40 ℃下的沖擊吸收功平均值分別為311,280 J,疲勞極限為330 MPa,耐腐蝕性能優(yōu)于316L不銹鋼的;試驗(yàn)鋼對(duì)缺口不敏感,可以隨較大偏斜力;該高氮奧氏體不銹鋼的性能完全滿(mǎn)足海洋工程緊固件的要求,并優(yōu)于通用的海洋工程緊固件用鋼的。

A kind of high nitrogen austenite stainless steel 0Cr20Mn18N0.8 was newly developed. The properties such as static tension, notch tension, deflected tension, impact, fatigue and anti-corrosion were studied and compared with those of 316L stainless steel. The feasibility of the steel for the marine engineering fasteners was also analyzed. The results show that the yield strength and tensile strength under static tension was 640, 970 MPa, respectively, with the elongation of 52.2% and the reduction in area of 67.5%. The average impact toughness at 20℃ and -40℃ was 311, 280 J, respectively, and the fatigue limit was 330 MPa. The corrosion resistance was better than that of 316L stainless steel. The tested steel was not sensitive to the notch and can bear a relatively large deflected force. The performance of the high nitrogen austenite stainless steel completely met the requirements of the marine engineering fasteners and was better than those of commonly used marine engineering steels for fasteners.
