2510鋼塑料模具滑塊座端面開裂剝落失效分析2510鋼塑料模具滑塊座端面開裂剝落失效分析Reason Analysis on End Cracking and Spalling of a 2510 Steel Plastic Mold Slider Block 采用宏觀分析、硬度檢測(cè)、化學(xué)成分分析、斷口分析以及金相檢驗(yàn)等方法,對(duì)某2510鋼塑料模具滑塊座端面開裂剝落失效原因進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:滑塊座螺紋孔螺牙部位經(jīng)過電加工產(chǎn)生了白亮色的變質(zhì)層,該變質(zhì)層脆性較大,易于產(chǎn)生微裂紋及剝落成為疲勞裂紋源,在螺栓彈簧推動(dòng)的交變應(yīng)力作用下裂紋沿螺紋孔四周呈同心圓弧線向外推進(jìn)和延伸,從而導(dǎo)致滑塊座端面開裂剝落失效;同時(shí)滑塊座基體組織中帶狀及網(wǎng)狀碳化物分布嚴(yán)重,降低了材料強(qiáng)度,加快了滑塊座疲勞開裂剝落失效的進(jìn)程。 The reasons of end cracking and spalling of a 2510 steel plastic mould slider block were analyzed by means of macro analysis, hardness testing, chemical composition analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and so on. The results show that white and bright deterioration layer produced at the thread surface during electric processing thread hole of the slider block. Because the deterioration layer was very brittle, micro cracks and spalling easily formed here and became the fatigue crack source. Under the action of alternating stress caused by the bolt spring, the cracks propagated outwards and extended along the concentric arc line around the thread hole, and finally resulted in the end cracking and spalling failure of the slider block.
