Cr3C2對SPS燒結(jié)WC-6Co硬質(zhì)合金組織與性能的影響Effect of Cr3C2 on microstructures and properties of WC-6Co cemented carbides prepared by SPS

采用SPS燒結(jié)技術(shù)制備WC-6Co-xCr3C2(x=0~0.6%，質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))硬質(zhì)合金，并通過SEM、EDS、力學(xué)性能測試儀、摩擦磨損試驗機和電化學(xué)工作站等測試手段研究Cr3C2含量對SPS燒結(jié)WC-6Co硬質(zhì)合金顯微組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明：隨著Cr3C2添加量的增大，合金的晶粒異常長大現(xiàn)象消失，晶粒變得細小均勻；同時發(fā)現(xiàn)Cr3C2的添加可以明顯改善合金的力學(xué)性能、摩擦磨損性能和耐腐蝕性能。當(dāng)其添加量為0.45%時，合金綜合性能最優(yōu)，硬度為1933 HV30，斷裂韌性達到12.5 MPa？m1/2。

The WC-6Co cemented carbides with various contents of grain growth inhibitors Cr3C2 were fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS). The effects of Cr3C2 amount on the microstructures and performances of the cemented carbides were investigated by SEM, EDS, mechanical property tester, wear testing machine and electrochemical workstation. The results show that, with increasing the amount of Cr3C2 in the cemented carbides, the abnormal growth of WC grains disappears and homogeneous submicron-grained microstructure forms. At the same time, the addition of Cr3C2 can obviously improve the mechanical properties, wear performance and corrosion resistance of the alloys. When the Cr3C2 addition is 0.45%, the comprehensive performances of the alloy are the best. The hardness is 1933 HV30 and fracture toughness is 12.5 MPa？m1/2.
