醋酸濃度和溫度對超級13Cr不銹鋼電化學腐蝕行為的影響醋酸濃度和溫度對超級13Cr不銹鋼電化學腐蝕行為的影響Influence of HAc Concentration and Temperature on the Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of Super 13Cr Stainless Steel 采用電化學方法,研究了醋酸的加入量及溫度對于超級13Cr油管鋼在3.5% NaCl(質(zhì)量分數(shù),下同)溶液中鈍化及點蝕行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:醋酸的加入引起超級13Cr油管鋼開路電位下降,但未顯著降低其點蝕電位。不含醋酸時,試樣的鈍化膜呈n型半導體特性;加入1%和10%的醋酸后,鈍化膜呈現(xiàn)n+p型的雙極性特征。醋酸會使鈍化膜減薄,膜內(nèi)點缺陷密度增大,從而降低鈍化膜的保護作用。溶液中不含醋酸時,升高溫度會導致鈍化區(qū)間變窄,但在含1%醋酸的溶液中,試樣的鈍化區(qū)間寬度隨溫度升高幾乎不變。 Electrochemical techniques were used to investigate the influence of HAc concentration and solution temperature on the passive and pitting corrosion behavior of super 13Cr stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution. The results revealed that the addition of HAc lowered the open circuit potential of super 13Cr stainless steel, while did not significantly reduce its critical breakdown potential. In the absence of HAc, the passive film exhibited n-type semiconducting property, whereas changed to n + p type in the presence of HAc. With the increase of HAc concentration, the steady state thickness of the passive film decreased while the concentration of point defects in the passive film increased, which indicated the decline of the protective effect of the film. In the absence of HAc,the width of the passive region decreased with the increase of temperature.
