不同溫度下16Cr3NiWMoVNbE結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的低周疲勞行為不同溫度下16Cr3NiWMoVNbE結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的低周疲勞行為Low Cycle Fatigue Behaviors of Structural Steel 16Cr3NiWMoVNbE at Different Temperatures 對(duì)16Cr3NiWMoVNbE結(jié)構(gòu)鋼在25,100,200,300,350 ℃下進(jìn)行了應(yīng)變比為-1的總應(yīng)變控制的低周疲勞(LCF)試驗(yàn), 研究了不同溫度下該結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的循環(huán)應(yīng)力響應(yīng)、疲勞壽命和循環(huán)應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變行為。結(jié)果表明: 試驗(yàn)鋼在溫度不高于200 ℃時(shí), 表現(xiàn)出循環(huán)軟化的現(xiàn)象, 而在300 ℃時(shí), 表現(xiàn)出明顯的循環(huán)硬化現(xiàn)象; 隨著溫度的升高, 疲勞壽命有下降的趨勢(shì), 利用三參數(shù)冪函數(shù)公式能較好地表征不同溫度下的應(yīng)變-壽命關(guān)系。 The total strain-controlled low cycle fatigue(LCF) tests at strain ratio of -1 were performed on a structural steel 16Cr3NiWMoVNbE at 25, 100, 200, 300, 350 ℃. The cyclic stress response, fatigue life and cyclic stress-strain behaviors of 16Cr3NiWMoVNbE steel at different temperatures were investigated. The results indicate that the steel represented cyclic softening at the temperature no higher than 200 ℃ and cyclic hardening while the temperature was 300 ℃. When the temperature rose, the fatigue life shortened.
