亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的切削性能亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的切削性能Machinability of Graphitized Hypoeutectoid Free Cutting Steel 石墨易切削鋼是順應(yīng)易切削鋼無(wú)鉛、低硫這一發(fā)展趨勢(shì)而提出的。本文以正火狀態(tài)的45鋼為基準(zhǔn)材料,對(duì)亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的切削工藝進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,刀具磨損屬于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型磨損曲線;試驗(yàn)用鋼的切屑的形狀主要呈C形并伴有少量螺旋屑,切削過(guò)程平穩(wěn),說(shuō)明亞共析石墨化易切削鋼的切削性能較高,適于在數(shù)控機(jī)床和加工中心上批量生產(chǎn)。 Development of low-sulfur and Pb-free free cutting steel is significant because the use of S or Pb free-cutting steel can result in serious pollution. The hypoeutectoid graphitized free cutting steel was proposed. In this paper as the base material of normalized 45 steel, the cutting process of hypoeutectoid graphitized free cutting steel were studied. The results show that process of tool wear are standard wear curve,the shape of the chip were mainly C-shaped, accompanied by a small amount of spiral chip, cutting process were steady, this shows that hypoeutectoid graphite free cutting steel has high machinability. 下一篇: 常用易切削鋼類型
