高強高導(dǎo)Cu-Cr-Zr合金時效性能Aging properties of high-strength and high-conductivity Cu-Cr-Zr alloy

采用真空熔煉的方法制備Cu-Cr-Zr合金，研究合金的時效析出行為；借助高分辨透射電鏡對合金時效析出相的組織形態(tài)進行分析，探討合金的時效強化機制。結(jié)果表明：Cu-0.36Cr-0.03Zr合金經(jīng)450 ℃時效4 h后獲得較好綜合性能，合金硬度和導(dǎo)電率分別達到為156 HV和82.62 %IACS；通過微觀分析確定經(jīng)450 ℃時效4 h后合金中析出相為面心立方Cr相，且與基體保持共格關(guān)系；當(dāng)時效時間延長至8 h時，合金中面心立方Cr相轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轶w心立方Cr相；經(jīng)450 ℃時效4 h后合金強度與硬度的提高主要由共格應(yīng)變強化所造成。

The Cu-Cr-Zr alloy was fabricated by vacuum melting, and the investigation on precipitation behavior was conducted. The morphology of precipitation was observed by means of high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), and the aging strengthening mechanism of alloy was discussed. The results show that a better comprehensive performance of the alloy aged at 450 ℃ for 4 h is obtained, the microhardness and electrical conductivity of the alloy are 156 HV and 82.62 %IACS, respectively. The face-centered cubic(FCC) Cr precipitates are found in the alloy aged at 450 ℃ for 4 h through the micro-analysis. As times increases to 8 h, the face-centered cubic Cr-phases transform into body-centered cubic(BCC) Cr-phases. The high strength of the alloy aged at 450 ℃ for 4 h mainly attributes to coherent strain strengthening mechanism.
