Schmid Factor的理論計(jì)算及在鎂合金高速變形過程中的應(yīng)用Schmid Factor的理論計(jì)算及在鎂合金高速變形過程中的應(yīng)用Theoretical Calculation of Schmid Factor and Its Application under High Strain Rate Deformation in Magnesium Alloys 為了便于分析鎂合金在高速變形過程中的變形機(jī)制,本文計(jì)算了四種滑移方式(基面滑移、柱面滑移、錐面滑移和錐面滑移)和兩種孿晶方式({10-12}拉伸孿晶和{10-11}壓縮孿晶)的Schmid Factor,并結(jié)合各滑移系和孿晶系的臨界分切應(yīng)力,討論了不同方向樣品在不同加載方向下的主要變形機(jī)制。結(jié)合電子背散射衍射(EBSD)技術(shù),獲得了軋制態(tài)AZ31鎂合金原始樣品的Schmid Factor實(shí)驗(yàn)值,并將理論計(jì)算值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行了比較。采用霍普金森壓桿對(duì)AZ31鎂合金軋制板材在1600 s-1的應(yīng)變速率下進(jìn)行了高速?zèng)_擊實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)所獲得的樣品進(jìn)行了金相組織觀察。結(jié)果表明:Schmid factor的理論計(jì)算值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值可以很好的吻合。Schmid Factor因其計(jì)算簡單、表達(dá)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可以有效的分析鎂合金中主要的變形方式和解釋應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線特征。鎂合金中不同變形方式的Schmid Factor值及其變化規(guī)律均不相同,其計(jì)算結(jié)果可為鎂合金中織構(gòu)所引起的各向異性現(xiàn)象的分析提供理論依據(jù)。 In order to analyze the deformation mechanism of magnesium alloys under high strain rate deformation, the Schmid Factor of four slip modes (basal slip, prismatic slip, pyramidal slip and pyramidal slip) and two twinning systems ({10-12} tension twinning and {10-11} contraction twinning) were systematically calculated. Schmid Factor and critical resolved shear stress are combined to discuss the predominant deformation mechanism for different orientation samples under different loading direction. The experimental results of Schmid Factor of as-received AZ31 rolling magnesium alloy sheet were obtained by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technique, and then the theoretical calculated values were compared with that of experimental ones. High strain rate compresssion test of AZ31 rolling magnesium sheet was conducted by using split Hopkinson pressure bar at the strain rate of 1600 s-1, the microstructrue after compression were observed by optical microscopy. The results showed that the theoretical calculated values of Schmid Factor are in good agreement with that of experimental values. The Schmid Factor could be used to analyze the predominant deformation mechanism and interpret the unique characteristics of “true stress – true strain” curves in magnesium alloys owing to its simple calculation and convenient expression.
