2205鋼在模擬深海熱液區(qū)中的腐蝕行為Corrosion behavior of 2205 steel in simulated hydrothermal area

本文利用交流阻抗法、線性極化法、動電位極化法及Mott-Schottky分析法研究了2205鋼在不同溫度20 MPa靜水壓的3.5% NaCl溶液中的電化學(xué)性質(zhì)，通過SEM、EDS及白光干涉儀分析了電化學(xué)測試后2205鋼的腐蝕形貌及腐蝕產(chǎn)物。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，在模擬深海熱液區(qū)環(huán)境中，2205鋼在25 oC下具有良好的耐點(diǎn)蝕能力；溶液溫度達(dá)到65 oC時，2205鋼表面會出現(xiàn)明顯的點(diǎn)蝕現(xiàn)象；溶液溫度達(dá)到150 oC和200 oC時，2205鋼表面會產(chǎn)生裂紋狀點(diǎn)蝕坑；65 oC時，點(diǎn)蝕坑主要發(fā)生在奧氏體相內(nèi)，100 ~ 200 oC時，點(diǎn)蝕坑主要發(fā)生在鐵素體相內(nèi)。隨著模擬深海熱液區(qū)溫度的升高，2205鋼的電化學(xué)阻抗及線性極化電阻先減小后增大且在150 oC的電化學(xué)阻抗值及線性極化電阻值最小；2205鋼的點(diǎn)蝕電位隨著溫度的升高先負(fù)移后正移，其在模擬深海熱液區(qū)中生成的鈍化膜載流子密度隨著溫度的升高而增大。

Deep-sea hydrothermal area has a lot of mineral resources, and study the corrosion behavior of metal in deep-sea hydrothermal area is useful for marine resource development. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, linear polarization, potentiodynamic polarization and Mott-Schottky analysis were used to study the electrochemical properties of 2205 steel in 20 MPa hydrostatic pressure 3.5% NaCl solution with different temperatures. Corrosion morphologies and corrosion products of 2205 steel after electrochemical tests were analyzed by SEM, EDS and white light interferometry. The results shows that 2205 steel has good pitting resistance under 25 oC in simulated hydrothermal area, pit occurred on the surface of 2205 steel after the solution temperature reaching 65 oC, crack-shaped pit occurred on the surface of 2205 steel under 150 oC and 200 oC. Pit occurs in austenite phase at 65 oC, and occurs in ferrite phase at 100 ~ 200 oC. Impedance and linear polarization resistance of 2205 steel first decrease and then increase with temperature increasing in simulated hydrothermal area, and impedance and linear polarization resistance under 150 oC are lowest. Pitting potential of 2205 steel first negative shift and then positive shift, and carrier density of passive film formed in simulated hydrothermal area increase with temperature increasing.
