逆相變退火處理冷軋0.1C-5Mn中錳鋼的氫脆敏感性逆相變退火處理冷軋0.1C-5Mn中錳鋼的氫脆敏感性Hydrogen Embrittlement of Intercritical Annealed Cold-rolled 0.1C-5Mn Medium-Mn Steel 對(duì)0.1C-5Mn中錳鋼冷軋后在650 °C進(jìn)行不同保溫時(shí)間的兩相區(qū)逆相變退火處理,利用電化學(xué)充氫和慢應(yīng)變速率拉伸(SSRT)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了其氫脆敏感性。結(jié)果表明,冷軋后中錳鋼在退火過(guò)程中發(fā)生奧氏體逆轉(zhuǎn)變,在退火時(shí)間10 min時(shí)可獲得優(yōu)異的強(qiáng)度和塑性配合。隨著退火時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),實(shí)驗(yàn)料中的可擴(kuò)散氫含量及氫脆敏感性增加,特別是后者增加的幅度十分顯著。充氫斷口起裂區(qū)呈現(xiàn)典型的空心韌窩及包含奧氏體(變形后轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轳R氏體)晶粒的實(shí)心韌窩的混合斷裂模式。這種實(shí)心韌窩本質(zhì)上是在應(yīng)力作用下氫致裂紋沿奧氏體與鐵素體的界面萌生與擴(kuò)展而形成的一種脆性沿晶斷裂。實(shí)驗(yàn)料的這種氫脆斷裂行為主要與退火過(guò)程中逆轉(zhuǎn)變奧氏體的含量及其機(jī)械穩(wěn)定性等因素有關(guān)。因此,有必要優(yōu)化中錳鋼的成分及兩相區(qū)退火處理工藝,以期保證中錳鋼部件的安全服役。 Considering the ever increasing strength level as well as the comparatively high amount of reverted austenite (RA) for obtaining excellent combination of strength and ductility of medium-Mn steel, special attention should be given to its hydrogen embrittlement (HE) behavior for ensuring the safety service of components made of this kind of steel. For this purpose, the susceptibility to HE of a cold-rolled medium-Mn steel 0.1C-5Mn intercritically annealed at 650 °C for different times was investigated by slow strain rate test (SSRT) of electrochemically hydrogen charged samples. The results show that the annealed samples had a dual-phase microstructure of globular shaped RA and ferrite. The ultimate tensile strength (UTS) increases while the yield strength decreases with increasing annealing time, and both the total elongation (TEL) and the product of UTS to TEL (UTS×TEL) initially increases and then decreases with increasing annealing time. The susceptibility to HE increases significantly with the increase in annealing time. It was found that the hydrogen-charged annealed sample was fractured to leave both dimples filled with grains and empty dimples while the uncharged annealed specimen was ductile fractured to leave only empty dimples. The dimples filled with grains were generated by intergranular cracking occurring along the boundaries of RA and/or martensite (formerly RA) grains by the hydrogen-assisted cracking mechanism. It is regarded that the HE behavior of intercritically annealed cold-rolled medium-Mn steel is primarily controlled by the amount and mechanical stability of RA.
