奧氏體/鐵素體層狀條帶結(jié)構(gòu)高錳鋼的微觀組織及其性能奧氏體/鐵素體層狀條帶結(jié)構(gòu)高錳鋼的微觀組織及其性能AN ULTRAFINE GRAINED DUPLEX Mn12Ni2MoTi(Al) STEEL WITH LAMINATE STRUCTURE 采用x射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)、背散射電子衍射(EBSD)、電子探針(EPMA)、硬度測試和拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了Mn12Ni2MoTi(Al)鋼經(jīng)過形變熱處理后的微觀組織及其性能。結(jié)果表明:Mn12Ni2MoTi(Al)鋼經(jīng)過65%冷軋及745°C兩相區(qū)退火處理后形成了由奧氏體層和鐵素體層交替排列的層狀條帶組織,每個條帶均由晶體取向相近的亞微米等軸晶組成;奧氏體條帶中含有少量的鐵素體晶粒,同樣鐵素體條帶中含有少量的奧氏體晶粒。冷軋組織表現(xiàn)為馬氏體組織且存在E型{111}<11(—)0>織構(gòu),經(jīng)兩相區(qū)退火后形成的奧氏體再結(jié)晶晶粒具有黃銅型{110}<112>和高斯型{110}<001>織構(gòu),再結(jié)晶鐵素體織構(gòu)主要為旋轉(zhuǎn)立方型{001}<110>和立方型{001}<100>織構(gòu)。隨著退火時間的延長,這種層狀條帶特征先增強(qiáng)然后逐漸減弱直至消失,同時奧氏體織構(gòu)由黃銅型織構(gòu)逐漸向高斯型織構(gòu)演化。當(dāng)材料具有層狀條帶組織時同時具有高屈服強(qiáng)度和良好延伸率;當(dāng)層狀條帶組織消失時其屈服強(qiáng)度大幅下降的同時延伸率也下降。 High Mn TRIP steel is regarded as a promising material for next generation automobile steel because of its high strength and good ductility. The microstructures and properties of Mn12Ni2MoTi(Al) steels produced by thermo-mechanical process were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA), transmission electron microscope (TEM), electron back-scatter diffraction (EBSD), and mechanical tests, i.e. hardness and tensile tests. The results showed that laminate structures with austenite/ferrite band alternate arranging were formed in Mn12Ni2MoTi(Al) steels, which were processed by 65% cold-rolling and subsequent annealing at 745°C. Both of austenite bands and ferrite bands consist of ultrafine equiaxed grains. Moreover, a small amount of ferrite grains and austenite grains were found inside austenite bands and ferrite bands, respectively. The cold-rolled sample consists of martensite with the E-type texture of {111} <110>. However, in the laminate structures in the annealed samples, the austenite bands show the Brass-type texture of {110} <112> and Goss- type texture of {110} <001>. The ferrite bands show the rotate Cube-type texture of {001} <110> and Cube- type texture of {001} <100>. With the increase of annealing time, the laminate structures first become dominant and then disappear gradually, accompanying with the orientation transition of austenite from the Brass texture into the Goss one. The samples with laminate structures have high yield strength and good ductility.
