基于二維X射線衍射技術的鋁箔織構在線檢測On-line detection of aluminum foil texture based on two-dimensional X-ray diffraction technology

搭建一套基于二維X射線衍射技術的材料微結構在線檢測系統，通過對系統實時采集的衍射數據沿方位角方向積分，對電解電容器鋁箔材料立方織構進行在線檢測，建立了衍射半峰寬、總衍射強度、織構體積量與鋁箔立方織構含量間的關系，與傳統離線的蝕坑定量檢測法對比，立方織構含量絕對誤差控制在2%，滿足在線檢測需求。最后，進行了系統相關因素對在線檢測結果影響程度的研究。結果表明：運動速度和樣品高度的變化對結果影響較小，而運動方向與軋向夾角以及機構傾角對結果影響較大，實際檢測中應嚴格控制。

A micro structure of materials online detection system based on the two-dimensional X-ray diffraction was developed. On-line detection of cubic texture of aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitor was realized, which computed the integral data of real time acquisition of diffraction. The relationships among diffraction peak width, total diffraction intensity, texture volume and the cubic texture of aluminum foil were established. The results of traditional texture detection and on-line texture detection were compared, the absolute error was controlled within 2%, which met the needs of on-line detection. Finally, the effect of related online factors on the results was studied. The results show that the variation of the velocity and height of the sample has little influence on the results, while the direction of motion, the angle between the rolling direction and the inclination of the mechanism have great influence on the results, which should be strictly controlled in actual detection.
