3D打印18Ni300模具鋼的顯微組織及力學(xué)性能Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 3D Printing 18Ni300 Die Steel

通過選區(qū)激光熔化(SLM)技術(shù)3D打印制備了18Ni300模具鋼棒狀試樣,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了840 ℃固溶+490 ℃×6 h時(shí)效熱處理,分別對(duì)熱處理前后試樣的顯微組織及力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:3D打印18Ni300模具鋼的致密度高,相對(duì)密度接近100%;未經(jīng)過熱處理的3D打印試樣顯微組織由細(xì)小的板狀馬氏體和殘余奧氏體組成,抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度較低;經(jīng)熱處理后試樣的顯微組織形貌呈均勻分布的長(zhǎng)條狀,抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和硬度明顯升高,塑性降低。

18Ni300 die steel rod samples were prepared by selective laser melting (SLM) 3D printing technology, and then the prepared samples were heat treated by process of 840 ℃solid solution and 490 ℃×6 h aging. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the 3D printing samples before and after heat treatment were studied. The results show that the 3D printing 18Ni300 die steel had high density and the relative density was close to 100%. The microstructure of 3D printing sample without heat treatment composed of martensite and retained austenite, and the tensile strength and yield strength were relative low. The microstructure of 3D printing sample after heat treatment showed uniform trip morphology, and the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness increased obviously and the plasticity decreased.
