南鋁Hulamin鋁業(yè)是非洲大陸唯一有能力生產(chǎn)預(yù)拉伸板的工廠，可按照AS9100生產(chǎn)AMS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的鋁板。但該廠并沒有取得各航空制造公司的資格認(rèn)證。屬于純粹的商用板材供應(yīng)商。其軋制產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)如下：
一、優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1.成熟的表面拉絲處理工藝，客戶認(rèn)可度高。
2.由于軋機(jī)小，寬幅窄，所以平直度和厚度公差都非常好。
二、缺點(diǎn)：
1.由于資質(zhì)不足，航空工業(yè)應(yīng)用范圍受到限制。
2.質(zhì)量控制細(xì)節(jié)不足，高端應(yīng)用穩(wěn)定性較差。
