生物醫(yī)用MgYREZr合金性能概述生物醫(yī)用MgYREZr合金性能概述Review on the properties of biomedical MgYREZr magnesium alloy 近年來醫(yī)用可降解鎂合金在生物醫(yī)用材料領(lǐng)域備受關(guān)注,其中以WE43為代表的MgYREZr合金以優(yōu)異的綜合性能受到研究者的青睞。本文綜述了WE43合金的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、力學(xué)性能、降解性能和生物相容性,以及德國采用近似于WE43成分的MgYREZr合金制備的可降解鎂合金骨釘所進(jìn)行的臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。由于稀土元素的添加,MgYREZr合金較純鎂的力學(xué)性能、耐蝕性能都得到較大提升;動物實(shí)驗(yàn)及臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果表明該合金具有良好的生物相容性,植入動物體內(nèi)后血液中的Y和Zr元素均未超過正常值,未見有纖維囊腫,肺,肝,腸,腎等部位均未見有異常; MgYREZr合金骨釘在治療拇指外翻的臨床應(yīng)用中,具有與鈦合金相似的治療效果;此外該合金在臨床中產(chǎn)生的偽影要比鈦合金的小,可以進(jìn)行更好的術(shù)后隨訪。MgYREZr合金作為可降解醫(yī)用材料具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。 In recent years, magnesium and its alloys as biodegradable materials have attracted much attention. Biodegradable MgYREZr, mainly WE43 alloy, with good integrated properties has been studied in favor. In this paper, the microstructure, mechanical properties, biodegradable property and biocompatibility of biodegradable MgYREZr alloy were reviewed, as well as the clinical results of the bone fixation screws developed in Germany using the alloy with similar composition to WE43. It could be concluded that compared with pure Mg the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of WE43 were improved greatly due to the addition of rare earth elements. WE43 alloy exhibits good biological properties in animal and clinical tests. After implantation in vivo, the content of Y and Zr elements are within the reference range. There is no fibrous capsule observed and histopathological evaluation of lung, liver, intestine and kidney showed no abnormalities. MgYREZr alloy screws presented equivalent to titanium screws for the treatment of mild hallux valgus deformities in clinic. In addition, MgYREZr alloy implants generate significantly less artifacts in common imaging modalities as compared with conventional titanium implants and therefore may facilitate post-operative follow-up.
