大尺寸變形FGH96高溫合金渦輪盤(pán)晶粒尺寸和硬度相關(guān)性的表征大尺寸變形FGH96高溫合金渦輪盤(pán)晶粒尺寸和硬度相關(guān)性的表征Characterization of Relationship between Grain Size and Hardness of Large-Size Deformation FGH96 Superalloy Turbine Disk 對(duì)大尺寸鎳基變形FGH96高溫合金渦輪盤(pán)沿徑向進(jìn)行了平均晶粒尺寸的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,以及相應(yīng)的硬度表征。結(jié)果表明:從盤(pán)中心到盤(pán)邊緣,晶粒尺寸呈現(xiàn)增大的趨勢(shì),而硬度呈現(xiàn)遞減的趨勢(shì);此外,從盤(pán)心到盤(pán)緣,局部硬度數(shù)值出現(xiàn)波動(dòng),是受盤(pán)件形狀的影響造成的。 The average grain size of the large-size nickel based deformation FGH96 superalloy turbine disk in radial direction was analyzed statistically, and the corresponding hardness was characterized. The results show that the grain size increased from the center to the edge of the disk, and the hardness showed a decreasing trend.
