醫(yī)用多孔鈦及鈦合金的研究現(xiàn)狀醫(yī)用多孔鈦及鈦合金的研究現(xiàn)狀RESEARCH STATUS OF POROUS TITANIUM AND TITANIUM ALLOY FOR MEDICAL MATERIALS 多孔鈦既繼承了鈦合金較高比剛度、比強(qiáng)度等物理化學(xué)特性、優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性和生物相容性,獨(dú)特的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)又賦予其超低密度和大比表面積等特點(diǎn),是結(jié)構(gòu)功能一體化的人體替代材料,近年來(lái)在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域得到了非常廣泛的應(yīng)用。眾多研究和應(yīng)用表明,多孔鈦的性能和功能強(qiáng)烈依賴于不同方法制備多孔鈦的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)。表面活化技術(shù)可顯著提高多孔鈦的表面活性,縮短植入人體后的愈合期。本文針對(duì)多孔鈦的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能特點(diǎn),介紹了多孔鈦常見(jiàn)制備方法,對(duì)多孔鈦的表面改性、生物活性與骨誘導(dǎo)性及國(guó)內(nèi)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié),展望了生物醫(yī)用多孔鈦及鈦合金的發(fā)展。 Porous titanium ingerits the physical and chemical properties of titanium alloy, such as higher special stiffness and strength, but also has excellent corrosion resistance and biocompativility. It unique pore structure gives it the characteristics of ultra-low density and large surface area. It is an alternative material for human body with structural and functional integration. It has been widely used in the field of clinical medicien in recent years. Many studies and applicatioons show that the properties and functions of porous titanium strongly depend on the pore structure of porous titanium prepared by different methods. Surface activation technology can significantly improve the surface activity of porous titanium and shorten the healing period after implantation. In this paper, the common preparation methods of porous tatanium are introduced according to the structure and properties of porous titanium. The surface modification, biological activity and osteoinductive properties of porous titanium and their domestic research status are summrized.
