交流磁場(chǎng)致Al-Fe亞共晶合金熱電勢(shì)變化的研究

交流磁場(chǎng)致Al-Fe亞共晶合金熱電勢(shì)變化的研究INVESTIGATION ON THE CHANGE OF THERMOELECTRIC POWER OF Al-FE HYPOEUTECTIC ALLOY MELT CAUSED BY AC MAGNETIC FIELD

本文研究了不同溫度、不同勵(lì)磁電流、不同磁場(chǎng)頻率和不同加載時(shí)間條件下, 交流磁場(chǎng)對(duì)Al-0.99%Fe亞共晶合金熔體熱電勢(shì)差U的影響. 結(jié)果表明:交流磁場(chǎng)加載過(guò)程中, Al-0.99%Fe亞共晶合金熔體的熱電勢(shì)差U逐漸減小, 交流磁場(chǎng)撤除后, 減小的熱電勢(shì)差經(jīng)歷了快速恢復(fù)和緩慢恢復(fù)過(guò)程. 不同溫度下, 交流磁場(chǎng)對(duì)Al-0.99%Fe亞共晶合金熔體的熱電勢(shì)差U的影響程度不同; 隨著磁場(chǎng)頻率的增大, 交流磁場(chǎng)對(duì)Al-0.99%Fe亞共晶合金熔體的熱電勢(shì)差U的影響逐漸減小; 隨著勵(lì)磁電流和加載時(shí)間的增大, 交流磁場(chǎng)對(duì)Al-0.99%Fe亞共晶合金熔體的熱電勢(shì)差U的影響逐漸增大, 但存在一個(gè)飽和加載時(shí)間. 交流磁場(chǎng)導(dǎo)致Al-0.99%Fe亞共晶合金熔體的熱電勢(shì)差U變化的原因是交流磁場(chǎng)改變了合金熔體微觀(guān)結(jié)構(gòu), 從而改變了系統(tǒng)電子的狀態(tài), 導(dǎo)致合金熔體熱電勢(shì)S的變化.

The effect of AC magnetic field with different exciting currents, magnetic frequencies and loading times on the thermoelectric power of Al-0.99%Fe hypoeutectic alloy at different temperatures was investigated in this paper. The results showed that AC magnetic field would lead to a decrease in thermoelectric potential difference (U) of liquid Al-0.99%Fe hypoeutectic alloy. When the magnetic field was removed, the decreased thermoelectric potential difference experienced a rapid recovery process and a poor recovery process to increase to the initial value. The influence of AC magnetic field on U was different at different temperatures. With the increase of the magnetic frequency, the influence of AC magnetic field on U decreased. And the influence of AC magnetic field on U increased with the increase of the exciting current and loading time, however, there was a saturated loading time. It was because AC magnetic field changed the microstructure of the alloy melt, therefore, transformed the states of the electron which contributed to the change of thermoelectric power that the thermoelectric potential difference of Al-0.99%Fe hypoeutectic alloy changed.
