高長徑比高純納米銀線的制備高長徑比高純納米銀線的制備Preparation of high aspect ratio and high purity silver nanowires 將多元醇還原法和晶種法相結(jié)合,以硝酸銀為銀源、乙二醇為還原劑和溶劑、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮為生長導向劑,通過添加氯化銅作為晶型誘導劑引入晶種來制備高長徑比高純納米銀線。探討晶型誘導劑濃度、PVP與AgNO3的摩爾比、晶種生長時間以及體系攪拌速度等反應條件對銀線形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明:在170 ℃下,當CuCl2濃度為0.15 mmol/L、PVP與AgNO3的摩爾比為6:1、晶種生長時間控制為10 min、攪拌速度為400 r/min時,可制取長度超過50 μm、直徑介于80~100 nm、長徑比超過500的納米銀線。 Silver nanowires (AgNWs) with high aspect ratio and high purity was produced by polyol method combined with seed-growth through employing process with ethylene glycol as solvent and reducing agent, silver nitrate as silver source, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) as wire-directing agent and copper chloride (CuCl2) as seed inducer. The effects of the concentration of seed inducer, the molar ratio of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) to silver nitrate (AgNO3), time of seed-growth and the stirring rate on the morphology and size of AgNWs were investigated.
