某ZG15Cr2Mo1合金鑄件吊耳在吊運(yùn)過程中發(fā)生斷裂，通過宏觀觀察、化學(xué)成分分析、力學(xué)性能測試、金相檢驗(yàn)、高溫拉伸試驗(yàn)、蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)等方法對(duì)吊耳斷裂原因進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明：該鑄件吊耳本身晶粒粗大，沖擊吸收能量低，且過渡圓角小，應(yīng)力在該處集中，加之在鑄件吊運(yùn)過程中操作不當(dāng)，使得吊耳受到撞擊而斷裂。

The ZG15Cr2Mo1 alloy casting's lifting handle fractured during the lifting process. The fracture reasons of the lifting handle were analyzed by means of macro observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic test, high temperature tensile test, creep test and so on. The results show that the casting's lifting handle grains was coarse, and its impact absorption energy was low and the transition fillet was small, and the stress was concentrated in the area. Improper operation during the lifting process of the casting caused the lifting handle to fracture by impact.
