鐵素體不銹鋼晶粒度的非線性超聲表征鐵素體不銹鋼晶粒度的非線性超聲表征Nonlinear Ultrasonic Characterization of Grain Size of Ferritic Stainless Steel 利用非線性超聲檢測技術,測量了不同晶粒尺寸鐵素體不銹鋼的非線性參數(shù),并與傳統(tǒng)線性超聲技術的評估結果進行了比較。結果表明,隨著鐵素體不銹鋼晶粒尺寸的增大,聲速變化并不明顯,相對變化量為1.89%,衰減系數(shù)的相對變化量也只有5.65%,而非線性參數(shù)隨晶粒尺寸的增加而持續(xù)減小,這是由于聲波在材料內(nèi)的傳播過程中,其非線性效應很大一部分產(chǎn)生在晶界等不連續(xù)處,隨著晶粒尺寸的增大,晶界面積減小,非線性效應減弱。 The nonlinear parameters of ferritic stainless steels with different grain sizes were measured by nonlinear ultrasonic testing technique, and the results were compared with that of the traditional ultrasonic technology. The results show that with the increase of the grain size of ferrite stainless steel, the variation of sound velocity is not obvious, its relative change is only 1.89% and the relative change of attenuation coefficient is 5.65%. The nonlinear parameters whereas decrease continuously with the increase of the grain size, which is due to a large part of the nonlinear effect being generated in the grain boundary when the acoustic waves propagate in the material.
