45鋼卸扣斷裂原因分析45鋼卸扣斷裂原因分析Analysis on Fracture Reasons of the 45 Steel Shackle 在吊裝43.4 t容器過(guò)渡段的過(guò)程中,某吊裝工具的卸扣發(fā)生了斷裂。通過(guò)化學(xué)成分分析、斷口形貌分析、金相檢驗(yàn)、硬度測(cè)試等方法,對(duì)卸扣斷裂的原因進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:卸扣斷裂起源于表面的缺陷處,缺陷的存在及熱處理工藝不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致的組織分布不均勻、晶粒粗大、鐵素體沿晶界析出是導(dǎo)致卸扣承載時(shí)斷裂的主要原因。 In the process of hoisting 43.4 tons transition section of a container, the shackle of a lifting tool fractured. Through the chemical composition analysis, fracture morphology analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing and so on, the fracture reasons of the shackle were analyzed. The results show that: the fracture of the shackle originated from the defects on the surface; in addition, the improper heat treatment process led to the inhomogeneous structure distribution, coarse grains, and ferrite precipitation along the boundary; these were the main reasons leading to the shackle fracture during the loading. 全文下載:http://pan.baidu.com/s/1i4LJFWp
