Q195鋼盤條折彎開裂原因分析Q195鋼盤條折彎開裂原因分析Analysis on Cracking Reasons during Bending of Q195 Steel Wire Rods 規(guī)格為φ6.5 mm的Q195鋼熱軋盤條,拉拔至φ5.0 mm彎折后出現(xiàn)開裂。通過宏觀觀察、化學(xué)成分分析、金相檢驗、掃描電鏡及能譜分析的方法,對盤條折彎開裂的原因進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:嚴(yán)重的混晶組織在折彎力的作用下產(chǎn)生裂紋,裂紋沿夾雜物擴(kuò)展,最終造成盤條的折彎開裂。 Q195 steel hot-rolled wire rods cracked during bending after drawing from φ6.5 mm to φ5.0 mm. The reasons of cracking during bending of steel wire rods were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.
